温控电源的原理是什么?
答:温控仪电路主要是通过热敏电阻实现的。当电源开始工作时,风扇供电电压为7V,当电源内温度升高,热敏电阻阻值减小,电压逐渐增加,风扇转速也提高。这样就可以保持机壳内温度保持一个较低的水平。在负载很轻的情况下,能够实现静音效果。负载很大时,能保证散热。

软启动的电压由零慢慢提升到额定电压,这样电机在启动过程中的启动电流,就由过去过载冲击电流不可控制变成为可控制。并且可根据需要调节启动电流的大小。电机启动的全过程都不存在冲击转矩,而是平滑的启动运行。
